Because I showed her on the screen. I can see if it was a hybrid and all electric car you have to go to to get that down. Not my favorite place to go now

Asked me if I really know what a check engine light looked like and then proceeded to be dismissive and speak to me like I was dumb and annoying for the rest of our interaction. Way different experience than at other locations.
