Woke up to a bad little battery, which easily could have been a day ruiner, but instead was a delightful, and QUICK little blip in my day. Cassandra greeted me and quickly let me know she wanted to do a test to make sure it wasn’t a more severe issue with my car- she was super knowledgeable and explained all the possibilities clearly. Once the battery was tested, like a FLASH she pulled up the purchase options and helped me pick a very affordable one, that was still good quality. Then this beautiful angel popped on some gloves and came out and just…installed the thing! And while she was doing it, we had an absolutely delightful conversation! Even though it was brief (so quick!), she imparted tons of knowledge on a variety of subjects, gave great advice and truly showed that she’s an incredible lady who truly cares about her job and her customers. I am STILL flabbergasted that it’s just like, a free service that they’ll just…put the battery in for you!?! Anyway, I was there for under 30 minutes and left feeling on top of the world. What an incredible service they provided- seriously. Astounded! And please give Cassandra a hundred raises, or a lot of love because she is INCREDIBLE.
