  I was traveling between Kansas City and Minneapolis last Friday evening. I stopped in west Des Moines for the night due to weather conditions. The batteries in my key fob were just about dead and the hotel recommended your store on 1st street. I purchased batteries and Raymond replaced them in my key fob. He was especially helpful which is something I rarely see these days.

  I went there to have the Check Light on our vehicle checked. I told the person that greeted me why I was there and without hesitation grabbed the needed equipment and went to our car had me start the engine plugged the na cc line in and in about a minute got the results. We went back inside she asked if we wanted a printout of the results then told us what the problem is. All this was done free of charge with the highest level of professionalism and politeness. I go to AutiZone because this is how they treat all their custkmers.

  It's pretty sad when AutoZone offers to put a battery in your car. And the lady said that she couldn't put it in because it needed to be done at lexus. Because I showed her on the screen. I can see if it was a hybrid and all electric car you have to go to to get that down. Not my favorite place to go now
