- MMMarjorie5 days ago3.0Replaced an electric window motor. It seems quieter but doesn’t roll up any faster. It lags behind the driver side. Maybe that’s normal I don’t know.

All i ask for is a simple phone call or text on the status of my truck that has been waiting for parts for over week. It is frustrating and very unprofessional to ignore a customers calls and texts. A simple phone call or text with an update is all I'm asking!

They had their eye on a pre-owned sedan so I drove them over to Shottenkirk in hopes that if all went well for them, they'd have a new-to-them car to drive home. Both parents are a little hard of hearing and my mom uses a walker. Shottenkirk employees did a wonderful job of making sure that it was an accessible and easy experience for them and that they were able to take their time and have all of their questions answered. The price tag was reasonable and my parents were pleased with their purchase.
