- JJJayNov 14, 20251.0DO NOT GO HERE!! Unless you are wanting to be lied to and get papers thrown in your face so fast you don’t even have time to read them, I would go somewhere else. They are sneaky and shady. PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR PAPERS AND DON’T LET THEM RUSH YOU!! The “amazing,” Joe Gates will lie, lie, lie. He handed me a paper with no pricing, other than listing my total monthly payment, and there were warranties on there but had no pricing by them. He explained the warranties and said how the bank is including these and that it’s “such a good deal.” My payments seemed off for the amount my car costed, so I looked at my papers. After looking at my papers, this “such a good deal,” was actually him just adding warranties that are OVER SIXTY PERCENT of the amount my car, title, registration, taxes, and documentation fee costed. Now my loan is way higher than I wanted it to be with way higher payments. Absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT GO HERE!! I think this place has steered me clear from ever wanting to go through a dealership again. SHADY PEOPLE HERE!!!!!!
