  I've been here twice and walked in without an appointment (3-4:00'ish) and been able to get my oil changed while I waited. Super friendly staff at the counter. They often send out coupons for $ off repairs and oil change/tire rotation combos that beat competitors prices. Nice waiting area too!

  I cannot recommend Willard Garage enough! I recently took my 2021 Tahoe in for an 80,000-mile service and was blown away by their professionalism. Right from the start, they took the time to clearly explain all costs upfront and set realistic expectations for the turnaround time, which they met perfectly. It’s rare to find a shop that prioritizes transparency and communication this effectively. The results speak for themselves - my Tahoe drives like it’s brand new. On top of the stellar mechanical work, their pricing was incredibly competitive compared to the local Chevy dealers. If you want high-quality service without the dealership markup, Willard Garage is the place to go for a truly wonderful experience.

  ⸻ I had a very positive experience with Willard Garage. I initially brought my van in for a general inspection, and they found a few items that needed attention. The mechanics took care of those repairs professionally and efficiently. After getting the van back, I noticed the automatic transmission wasn’t shifting at the right times. I brought it back, and they addressed the issue right away without any hassle. A week or two later, I started feeling a vibration at lower speeds (under 15 mph) that would go away at higher speeds. I returned the van to Willard Garage so they could investigate further. They discovered that a few engine mounts were worn and replaced them, which took care of the problem completely. When I picked up the van and took it for a test drive, I was very pleased. The vibration was gone, and the ride is now much smoother. Before, every little bump felt like hitting railroad tracks — now the van runs smoothly and comfortably. Throughout the entire process, the staff was very friendly and communicated well, keeping me informed about the progress of the repairs. I would definitely recommend Willard Garage to anyone looking for reliable and thorough auto repairs.

  I have taken my vehicles to Willard Garage since 2019 at their prior location on Alice's Rd. Their new, expanded shop on Venture is great. Same great people servicing your cars. Always provide explanations of what the work is. The recent addition of loaner cars as needed is a helpful option as well. Overall, a great place to have your vehicles serviced.
