  Danny and his team went above and beyond to help my wife and I secure a vehicle. Even with our credit being in question, they negotiated with the banks on our behalf and helped us get into a beautiful 2019 ford fusion. Thank you guys.

  Came in to schedule a recall repair. They were able to do it while I waited. Job was done in a short time which allowed me to continue with the rest of my day. Thank you, always friendly and courteous!

  Will tell what you want to hear to buy a car and then not make good on the promises. when you ask them to make good on it, they tell you they never said that. They got us because of my husband's loyalty, bought 4 cars from them, brand new. Will not make that mistake again.

  Stopped by the dealership to see if a used car was still available. Ran into a very rude employee in the parking lot. He and his friend were blocking the road and he seemed genuinely upset that I was trying to drive through. It turned out the car I was looking for was sold and I left the dealership with a bad taste in my mouth.

  The one dealership I will never go back to!!! Here are the reasons: 1. We went to see a car we looked at online. Got out of our vehicle and salesman immediately comes over. We tell him we’d like to see this vehicle. He tells us to pull up to the office. We go inside and he pulls out a sales agreement like we are just going to buy it. Um, no. 2. Salesman multiple times was completely arrogant, rude and unprofessional. Too many comments to list. Could use a course in manners and professionalism. 3. The 6 mos, 6,000 miles warranty they advertise for used vehicles. It was not once mentioned to be an additional price for $895. They just throw it onto the sales contract. Lots of back and forth on this one! I later read a lot of negative reviews on this exact business method of theirs! 4. Finance time and they pull out the agreement to sign. Wrong interest rate and tell us that’s because it’s after hours for the bank we go through and so sometimes it comes up wrong. Lots of back and forth to get that adjusted. 5. Then it’s time for their extended warranty plan. They have shown us the purchase agreement with the 60 mos payment term we requested and monthly payment. And then the payment with the extended warranty on scratch paper. We say “ok, we’ll take warranty”. Then they print out the purchase agreement with the warranty added. I notice it shows that payment amount we discussed on the scratch paper but the term is now showing 75 mos!! Long story short they were trying to get us to think the warranty was only a tad bit more but in reality that’s because they extended our payment terms by 15 MONTHS without telling us!! Soooo much back and forth on that. Literally dancing around the con they were trying to pull with stories about Mr, Shottenkirk, etc! It was beyond ridiculous! Finally they pull out the “we can greatly decrease the amount of the warranty and give you our “employee discount”. It felt like we were in a 3rd world country at a market being hustled!!! Just insane!! Had we not wanted this car and felt like the sales and finance team needed to be called out and put in their place by people like us who could and did, we would have left. We considered it multiple times. Will we ever return again? NEVER!! We buy alot of vehicles with 6 drivers in the house. We will do business with Karl’s, Bob Brown and Willis. Dealerships that know how to be professional and transparent. My review is to advise anyone looking to do business with this dealership to not grab a pen and sign anything until you see literally everything is on the purchase agreement that was agreed to as we did! I couldn’t help thinking about all those that may not know this and get tricked by this scammy business!!! And on top of that, in our experience a rude salesman!!
