  Unfortunately, the signage and directions at the location is extremely confusing. Not your typical express lube drive up pull in and get serviced. Once we assumed we found our way "into" line a staff member came out and told us we did enter the correct way? Today we were driving one of our F-350 where turning can be a challenge. With all of the misdirection and sharp turns to enter the location we chose to pass and to continue service at our normal fast lube location. Staff member was very nice and pleasant, and I am sure their service is excellent once you figure out the process and how manuver the location. My 2 star is the challenge of understanding the Step 1, Step 2 Step 3 while driving into the facility.

  Customer service is alive and well!!! These guys know what they are doing, very friendly and professional. You can watch everything they do, they check up with ya. Over all incredible service and products. I 100% recommend these guys and Will be back for more. Thank you LOF Waukee team!!

  Pretty quick. They didnt press too hard on upgrades (wipers, fluid changes, tire checks, additives). They offered coffee or water while you wait in your car. If you need to get out during the service, you will have to be escorted due to insurance reasons.

  Received an oil change and a tire rotation. First issue arrived when the tech was unable to get a lug nut to thread on, after some time we were able to source once at a local shop (kudos to the tech for going to get it). The second issue is that Toyota previously rotated my tires due to some poor wear patterns on my passenger side, well the LOF tech went in the reverse order putting my tires back to the previous position. My problem, when I made them aware of this, they shrugged it off. Still gave him two stars, but relatively poor service. Update: Allison has reached out and offered some assistance.

  Efficient and informed. Routine maintenance made easy. The tech was friendly and explained every step of the process. Comfortable waiting room that doesn’t require much waiting! Thanks, definitely recommend.
