- ACAnna Cho4 days ago1.0DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CAR DESTROYED!!!! Management refuses to take responsibility despite the fact that my car is brand new, had no damage prior, and barely has 2000 miles on it. Davion originally told me that it would be covered, but then Amanda switched it up lying saying they have some dumb policy where if it got damaged in the blow dry room then they don’t cover it when the sponges clearly beat it up beforehand. Management is exceptionally rude as all they can tell you is that they don’t have time for you because they only prioritize the business rather than helping the customers who give them business. They make you wait for a day and give you a time to talk to you but don’t even keep their word. Also, most of them look like they are in middle school or high school, and the manager even admitted that they don’t even receive proper training. It’s so chaotic in there they have to use the emergency stop and run out when cars almost get in accidents because nothing is organized. Employees suck more than the vacuums which can barely get anything out of your car.
