  I have never been a Google review writer, but after working with Gabe at Gerber Collision I was compelled to do so. From the friendly person who helped me schedule my appointment to working with Gabe discussing options to repair my fender bender, the process was great. The repair was done in very little time. This day and age it seems rare to come across a business that is so professional, courteous and helpful, and it was greatly appreciated. I even joked to my wife that I couldn't wait to get in another accident so I could use Gerber Collision again soon!

  I recently had a car accident and brought my Nissan to Gerber Collision & Glass Waukee for repairs. They did a great job—everything was handled quickly, the staff were kind and helpful, and communication was clear throughout the process. I was pleasantly surprised when they returned my car freshly washed—it looked wonderful! One small thing: they added a scented spray inside, which I know many people enjoy, but I have asthma and am very sensitive to smells. It would be nice if there was an option to skip the fragrance for those of us with sensitivities. Still, I truly appreciate their care and attention to detail. Thank you for making a stressful situation a little easier!

  Nicole was great to work with! She answered any questions I had since this was my first repair, kept me up to date on the status of my car and helped me with the rental process as well! They did a great job and my car looks great!
