It was quick painless and the rates were pretty reasonable. they made a suggestion on a vehicle, and I made a suggestion and I went with the one that I chose and it is cheaper winning!! Mazda cx 30.... I didn't realize how compact they were but it was a fun little car why I had it. And being the Enterprise is located in waukee it was such an easy location to get to and from.

Got call morning of pick up that they didn’t have one even tho i booked it and online shows it’s available on Costco and enterprise website. Jake said i could have a standard suv/equinox didn’t say it would be cheaper which i should be and way too small. Said that won’t work and i asked if any full size suv available and said no. Asked if he could call other stores to see. He checked with Johnston and Urbandale and said no full size suv or minivan available. But he did have a mini van at the airport but would be $200 more. I said no thank you. Would think for the huge inconvenience they would wave additional charge but no. So i just said ok I’ll cancel and Jake said don’t do that yet I’ll keep looking. Well never heard back from him so i cancelled on Costco site. Soo. Went back to car rental on Costco and booked a mini van at the Urbandale location that Jake said didn’t have one and low and behold i get a call from Urbandale enterprise confirming my reservation So he must not have checked? I don’t know but the service in waukee was horrible. If renting from enterprise use the Urbandale location they were wonderful. Also drove by waukee location today as it’s by my house which is day i picked up the van at Urbandale they had a ton of vehicles that would have worked. Guessing Jake would say they are all rented but would i believe him?
