- JJJWJan 7, 20261.0Needed a rental to use while our car was being repaired. The rental process was seamless, and the car was nice. We were told by the person on the phone that the rental was going to be delivered to the repair business. After waiting and no car, a call was made, and we were told that they didn't deliver that far away. I offered to meet them at a location closer. Then was told that they didn't have the staff to do it. So we had to take an hour and drive a 50 mile round trip to pick it up. A phone call from them explaining why they couldn't bring it would have been appreciated. Wouldn't have been nearly as upset.
