- JJJW5 days ago1.0Needed a rental to use while our car was being repaired. The rental process was seamless, and the car was nice. We were told by the person on the phone that the rental was going to be delivered to the repair business. After waiting and no car, a call was made, and we were told that they didn't deliver that far away. I offered to meet them at a location closer. Then was told that they didn't have the staff to do it. So we had to take an hour and drive a 50 mile round trip to pick it up. A phone call from them explaining why they couldn't bring it would have been appreciated. Wouldn't have been nearly as upset.

Plus, I got to drive a minivan, and let me tell ya, it was comfortable! Did it cost more than a smaller vehicle? Yes, but that seems obvious. So if you are choosy, make a reservation for a smaller one. I didn’t, but I needed a vehicle. The service was stellar, staff was friendly, and the minivan operated as it should (and was comfortable). Enterprise is saying i damaged the vehicle and no I did not. It was fine when I turned it in. So if something happened from when I turned it in to the car dealer and they drove it to waukee to turn it in to enterprise, not my problem. I'm not paying for damages I didn't do! And i don't appreciate enterprise telling to bad is my responsibility. I don't think so! I will never use enterprise again!

It was quick painless and the rates were pretty reasonable. they made a suggestion on a vehicle, and I made a suggestion and I went with the one that I chose and it is cheaper winning!! Mazda cx 30.... I didn't realize how compact they were but it was a fun little car why I had it. And being the Enterprise is located in waukee it was such an easy location to get to and from.
