He says, yup it’s your water pump. I said okay.. I’d like if you’d at least take the courtesy to look, because with respect how can you diagnose something to me right away? I asked help for seeking an item to help remove oil coatings and he just handed a glass cleaner and paper towels in my hand and didn’t say a word, said that’s all you need. That will be 10.36. Young man had a dark jacket and dark hat kicking his feet up at the register and didn’t want to greet me. I would never want to be harsh on employees or if people are having bad days, but this was my least favorite experience and I felt unpleasant and unwelcomed and as if he made me feel I didn’t know what I’m talking about.

He not only was very respectful but he helped me change my car battery and TAUGHT me how to change my own battery!! He’s the father I wished I had and I believe he’s phenomenal. He was rude and said it wasn’t in stock if I couldn’t find it on the shelf. After I gave him the correct model number, he saw there was one in stock went into the back to check. I waited patiently for about five minutes, but when he returned, he said he couldn’t find it and told me to “come back tomorrow or check another store” in an annoyed tone. He didn’t even bother to check if another location had it in stock. I ended up going to Advance Auto Parts instead, where I quickly got what I needed with better service.
