He was rude and said it wasn’t in stock if I couldn’t find it on the shelf. After I gave him the correct model number, he saw there was one in stock went into the back to check. I waited patiently for about five minutes, but when he returned, he said he couldn’t find it and told me to “come back tomorrow or check another store” in an annoyed tone. He didn’t even bother to check if another location had it in stock. I ended up going to Advance Auto Parts instead, where I quickly got what I needed with better service.
