As a single mom, large financial decisions like buying a truck (and trading a vehicle that you absolutely love) can feel especially overwhelming—but James and his team made the experience so much easier. After a string of frustrating visits to other dealerships and with salesmen/ management in the metro, this was truly a refreshing change. They were patient, respectful, and—most importantly—genuinely trustworthy. I never felt pressured, and that peace of mind meant everything to me. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a more supportive and honest vehicle-buying experience.

I bought a van here in December 2025. After a week of driving this van in noticed a clicking sound coming from the transmission area. I called the dealership with the concern and they got me in with service for an appointment a month away. With my job i do drive a lot and by the time of my appointment, my warranty had expired so I cancelled my appointment thinking I could try and locate the clicking sound and figure it out myself. Fast forward 3 months the clicking sound is still there and I can not figure out where the clicking sound is so I take it to Stew Hanson to get a diagnosis and they tell me my transmission is shot and needs a replacement. I took it to Knudson transmission for another opinion and they told me the same thing that the transmission needs replaced. I contacted Deery brothers Waukee where I bought the van and they did their own diagnosis and it came back as i need a new transmission.
As of now Deerys solution was to "help me out" and give me 1k off a new transmission. I had to pay $5,200 for a new transmission for this van I just bought from them. After the new transmission was installed it started leaking transmission fluid on my garage floor so the van is actually still at their service department right now. I also had to replace the front brake system, rotors, pads, fluid lines and calipers. This was another 1k I had to put into the van after just buying it from them.
I currently have $19,200 into this $10k van and got no help from Deery aside from being told i should've bought another warranty when i bought the van (even though it came with a CPO 3/3 warranty) or them telling me they could see if they can get me into another vehicle that would significantly raise my monthly payment . I believe the transmission was bad when I bought the vehicle and they should've replaced it for free.
Another thing i learned from this corrupt place is when i bought the vehicle the manager of the used car department would slap a CPO 3/3 warranty on the used cars and not even inspect the cars claiming they would just to get the cars out the door fast and to save money and time. This was told to me by an actual employee of Deery, I was also told that manager was fired. I was told my van was inspected through their used car inspection but i cant trust anything they say here, it would also explain why the transmission issue wasn't caught before the car was listed for sale.
Grace and Jake in service were the only ones that were actually went above and beyond in order to try and help. I would strongly encourage anyone that is wanting to shop or do any business at this place to absolutely stay away.

I had a great experience working with Jordan at the dealership. What really stood out was his honesty and patience he never rushed me or pressured me into a decision. Instead, he made sure I felt confident and informed every step of the way. Thanks to Jordan, I was able to find a car that fits my needs perfectly, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. We unexpectedly found ourselves needing a new vehicle, and Deery Waukee went above and beyond to help us. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful of our time and budget. They made what could have been a stressful situation feel smooth and manageable. We also appreciated the time they took to show us their service department and to walk us through the services performed on our new vehicle. The department itself was extremely clean and well-maintained, which made us feel more confident purchasing our vehicle here. Highly recommend!
Just got back to Arkansas from picking up a 2019 Dodge ChallengerRT from Derry Brothers and I cannot say enough things about it.
I must begin with the fact that it was my first time buying a vehicle online without a test drive, but to my surprise everything that they said described the vehicle, just impecable for the year and model.
The sales reps were amazing and agreed to a great price for both of us.
They were kind enough to send a courtesy driver to pick me up from the airport, " that is what I called great customer service".
