- EEEricNov 23, 20211.0I've had plenty of horrible customer service experiences in my life but Intoxalock takes the cake. Cowardly, disrespectful, lying, greedy and manipulative sacks of s**t. Good luck getting ahold of a human unless you use a fake number (Google Voice, TextNow, etc.) and make them think you're looking to lease their car destructing driving hazard devices. If you do, they'll probably hang up on you abruptly for no reason. I had a "representative" argue with me about the abnormally high amount I'm paying for a breathalyzer due to a decade-old OWI. He transferred me to some other random person to make me their problem, then that person asked for the # associated with my account and immediately hung up on me after I told them. That was the 3rd time I'd been hung up on in one day. I pay $100 (or more) a month for this. Choose literally any other company if you have to get an IID. Intoxalock is a joke and shouldn't be in business anymore.
