I arrived 10 minutes before opening, and was second in line. At 8:00 a pleasant employee approached the car and set up my order. At the time he said it would be 15-20 minutes - no problem. An hour later, I was still second in line with no movement, no updates from staff on what the hold up was. Unfortunately, my son's schedule did not permit me to sit there all morning, so I left. I think this location needs to work on putty the "Jiffy" back into their lube .....at least a little communication would help
