    I guess store policy trumps what is in the contact. Even the regional manager wanted to argue the black and white. That tells me this location does as it pleases beyond the contract and doesn't respect their Plus customers when they feel wronged. Typical per the other similar reviews posted recently. I've rented on national accounts with Enterprise, not anymore. And it seems reviews are answered by a corporate account.\ Yep, corporate office responded and I will just get corpspeak responses. Your location serves its locals well, not out of town folks.
