  Been working with Dusty for time now....so patient with me and my descriptions of the car problems. Always great communication and reasonable fees for service. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Also met Rob the H.M. and he is super. Plus kudos to my tech! Horray! Thanksguys!

  I went to a different place for my brakes. One had seized after being told there was nothing wrong just the day before at a popular tire shop. In fact one of the workers at that place on University tried to poach me by saying he could change my brakes much cheaper. Where? A parking lot. Yeah, right. Got hold of Brakes Plus & was able to take my car right then. I'm so glad that other place tried to screw me. I received the best professional service along with their great sense of humor. They even beat that other brakes/oil place on University. I feel confident if anything goes wrong with my car Dusty & the others will not only fix it but fix it honorably! THANK YOU DUSTY & the others there for a great & satisfying experience!!!

  Auto tech's did their thing. No complaints there. The customer service at this location was horrendous. I originally came in for squeaky breaks. They let me know the breaks were fine, but I was due for a brake flush, fine. They also said my battery tested bad which is not what I was coming in for, but I agreed to get it replaced because it was due. Tried to get the part & labor partially paid for under warranty and they declined. We read through my warranty contract several times and I even called my warranty provider to clarify if the battery replacement was covered. It was. They still declined as the clerk interpreted the contract differently. I ended up getting approved to get myself a reimbursement for the costs. I overheard the same clerk turning away a customer for a faulty break light wire so they wouldn't be overcharged, but they were happy to charge me for parts and labor to replace a battery. Never been to this location before, and I hope I never have to come back.
