An employee ( Black female) abruptly came outside screaming and yelling, using inappropriate language, and shut off the fuel pump without any explanation. I was completely caught off guard and did not understand what was happening, especially since my fuel tank was only half full. The situation was handled very poorly, with no communication or basic respect toward a customer. This experience was upsetting and unacceptable, and I will not be returning.
