The kiosk asked for a tip at the time of purchase. I was confused on the machine asking for a tip with what we were tipping for. I called the store to see what the tip would be for, and he stated it was for the whole team. I’m confused on what we were tipping for? I come from a world where a tip is given when something was done to show appreciation. We already paid $29.00 for the car wash and then to pay a tip for the team to sit and watch the car go through. It would be good for the customers to know the tip is going to nothing. That way they have the full information to make a decision.
