- TDTaylor Drummond3 days ago1.0Horrible. For one, the brushes don’t even get your whole car. The whole top area of my back window is still dirty, and it left streaks all over my car. It also literally did not even get the bugs or dirt off of three other windows on my car. I asked what they could do for me and was told that they could “spray it better” next time. No money back. No free wash to try to fix it today. Nothing done for me. On top of that, they have the very bare minimum in terms of vacuuming and cleaning. They don’t have a platform with a clip like silver star for the removable carpet/rug pieces in your car, you have to pay extra to even use a towel and they don’t have any cleaners. Three minutes away at Silverstar they have all of that for free, including all purpose cleaner as well as window cleaner and their car wash actually cleans your car. Don’t waste your time or money, go three minutes down the street. I tried calling three times before I went back to the pay station to let them know my car was literally still dirty right after exiting the car wash, three calls and still nobody answered, even though I could literally see people inside. Their job is so simple it’s insane they can’t answer a phone or make sure that the car wash u pay for actually cleans ur car.
