  The enterprise car rental in Pella, Iowa, let us down terribly!!! We reserved a vehicle a month in advance and the day we were to pick it up. They called and said they had no cars on the lot. Enterprise management was contacted, and when they called, they offered to upgrade our rental. If we were willing to drive to Des Moines to Pick It Up. We did drive to Des Moines and It Was After Hours. A manager came to meet us and he was great!!! The upgraded vehicle was extremely clean and just what we needed for the trip to Texas.

  The staff was professional and courteous, both upon pickup and return! This is the third or fourth time using this office (on Douglas in Urbandale) and I have zero reasons to go anywhere else for future vehicle rental needs.

  Thanks to the Enterprise Family Since I've been able to drive I've never rented a vehicle for any reason. So my 3 adult son's and I decided to go on a road trip and I agreed to rent the vehicle I choose Enterprise Rent-A-Car I reserved a suv but decided to go with a van the employees there on Douglas was very nice,helpful,and friendly. I selected the 2026 Chrysler Pacifica instead because it was 5 of us and we needed more run and I must say that was the most comfortable,spacious and smooth 9hr drive I've ever been on. I will most definitely stick with Enterprise for all my rentals. Thank you sooo much I will definitely be back again soon.
