- KPKimberly PDec 30, 20241.0PumpStart card quit working even tho it shows active in QT system. To get new one issued they now require you physically go to the Urbandale office. I didn't have to for the original or years ago when I also needed a replacement card. Not worth the effort, may as well gas up anywhere. Casey's is closest. Bye QT
