  I do not recommend this service to anyone. Yesterday my truck broke down — the coolant was leaking. I barely made it to Love’s, and when I checked, I saw that the radiator was leaking. I searched for a mobile service on Google, and the nearest one was “Road Runner.” I called them and asked them to fix it. The service arrived and said, “Your truck has a coolant leak; it’s punctured at the top.” I told them, “That’s exactly why I called you.” They said, “It’s too late today, we’ll start the work tomorrow.” I asked the mechanic who came, “What can we do then?” and she said, “I can’t say anything, call the dispatcher.” The dispatcher told me, to Pay $532.” I said, “Why? You have to fix it first, and I’ll pay after.” But they said they couldn’t fix it and that it would require an additional 6-8 hours of labor and parts. They said If I wait, they would give me an answer by 10 a.m. the next day. I was extremely frustrated. After 2–3 hours, I called a mobile service called “A&A.” They immediately asked me to send truck information so they could get the parts before the dealer closed. They quickly got one radiator, coolant, and with 4 hours of labor, fixed the truck and got it back on the road.

  Broke down, not too far away from them, call them to ask them if they had a coolant coolant hose that I needed. They said yes come on over then when I told him I just need the hose, they lock the shop up and did not answer the phone. They just wanted to come out and charge me $500 to change a $15 hose would not recommend these guys
