- RGRory GilmoreNov 15, 20251.0I have stopped into the new Maverik gas station a few times this week as I was babysitting near by at the Hunt Club. There is a CLEAR difference of customer service on depending who is working. There is one girl with a boot, Bre her name tags says, who is always smiling, asks about your day, she is bubbly, asks if you have rewards and I have heard her explain in different ways to people on why they should join. She told me since I get engery drinks, I should join the rewards because even ten I buy I can get a free one. (Though, I think it's very questionable that the few times I have gone in, the girl with the boot is cleaning bathrooms and/or doing the trashes outside. Why are there other workers inside not with broken bones, not doing there share?) MJ is very sweet, she calls people nicknames and seems very happy. Riot, what a name by the way, is very welcoming. Abby doesn't really talk, but gets people in and out. Gracy does not look happy to be there, she seems very crabby, she talks down to people. Honestly, my reactions with Abby and Gracy don't make me want to come back. It seems like having to talk to people, customers is something they hate and we are bugging them? I will not be coming back because of those two.

How was i supposed to know that at the gas station that accepted my Maverik nitro card at the pump, that had maverik bonfire burritos for sale, maverik branded candy, and maverik exclusive mountain dew, that i wasn't supposed to use the powered on,maverik branded self-checkout POS? I am not sure, but the cashier sure let me and everyone else in the store know that was not an option until October and scolded me for not knowing.
