- DBD BAug 4, 20255.0I just visited there again today. Never have had to go back for the same vehicle, but I've been going there since the early 90's. I don't leave a lot of reviews, and when I do, they are usually either 5 star or 1 star, because if your just mediocre, it's not worth my time. I left here today wanting to run home and write a review. You do have to schedule an appointment. The appointment is for them to look at it, give you a quote (no charge for the quote), and if it is just the muffler (which mine have always been), they do the work right then, if you ok the price. I don't know about more extensive exhaust work like converters and such, you may have to schedule a follow up appt after the quote. However, it is completely worth it. I live a half hour from them, and had to stop to have my tires retourqued first. I allowed 45 minutes. Well, I got there 15 minutes early so was prepared to wait. They got me in right away, gave me my price - great price - did the work, and I was out of there 2 minutes before my 8:30 appointment time. Scheduling an appointment helps so you don't have to wait a long time either. I have never had a bad experience, nor have I ever had anyone be rude to me, but then, I am always polite, courteous, and respectful of others, so there you have it. You can't go wrong doing business here. Great place!
