  DO NOT EVEN BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I had a reservation with them that I made 2WEEKS AGO, only for them to cancel on me right before pickup... CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE AS WELL 🙄🙄🙄

  While Sioux City Airport is on the small and charming side, the selection and condition of cars/features was awesome. Thanks! Wish I could thank the rental agent personally, the remote start feature and the car provided made the 2 week trip the "bomb"! Lynette, I'll be back to work with my client in Le Mars on Sunday the 26th for another 2 weeks, while I know you can't guaranty the request, but, anything with all wheel drive and a remote starter would be awesome and much appreciated. Thx, Eric

  Got to Sioux City at 3:00 PM. Counter was closed and the person at the next counter said no one had been there all day. There were at least 5 people on my flight that had a car booked through them. Crazy. Do not book through this National/Enterprise location! Avis and Hertz are next yo it; Avis saved my bacon with a last minute car.

  I have done business with National for the last 6 years and I am continually impressed with their customer service and attention to detail. I have had no issues over several rentals I have made during this time. I applaud National for their response to the COVID-19 pandemic and the extra safety measures they have put in place. Thank you for your professionalism and service, it is much appreciated.

  Staff is polite, helpful and very accommodating. Since it's a small location things take a little longer but I always feel like a valued customer.
