  Every time I go in to the store on Hamilton and the guy Jay is working. He’s very rude. Purposely canceling out my purchase so I have to do it again. Tonight he gave me all change back. Over three dollars in change. One of the nights I put my rewards in but he has to press a button to get the rest of my rewards. I told him it was waiting on him. So he pressed the button. Then immediately said “now it’s waiting for you to pay” very rudely. so I did. Then he cancelled my purchase. He’s done that more times than a few. Very rude. I’m a regular at this store. Monday-Friday I stop there. I spend at least 30 bucks every morning I go in there. Have never been treated so rudely from any of the cashiers. My purchases have never been cancelled out by any other cashiers but him. So I did have a few choice words for him today. I’m done playing his games. I will be calling store manager today. And i hope something is done about him treating me this way. No customer should be treated this way. Especially if they are a regular in there.

  Tried the other day, won’t ever go back or to any other! I’m sorry but you loose my business by assaulting me with aggressive-loud-mind numbing and irritating adds while pumping 😡

  Tonight, AGAIN, they were not accepting cash, only card. New company Maverick makes it difficult to complain about a specific stores

  Every since they bought out Kum and Go, I never find the hot food I want, mostly because the warmers are essentially empty. Going to Hyvee or Casey's now, lost all of it's charm.
