  I had a frustrating experience at this auto parts store. When I called and visited the store, I provided all the information about my vehicle, but it didn’t seem to help. Instead of looking up the parts properly, the staff either appeared confused or suggested parts that had nothing to do with the area I was working on. It made the process much more difficult than it should have been. When customers provide detailed vehicle information, they expect the staff to take the time to check the system and recommend the correct parts.

  Had the best experience AutoZone, the customer service was great. They pointed me to the right direction for the right part and it just fit, the staff was very great, chill ,cool and understanding, I think all of them should get a raise for their incredible job and honestly, I would go there again.
