  I had the pleasure of working with Maci on purchasing a new vehicle. I absolutely hate dealerships and I made it clear (respectfully) that I pretty much wanted to be in and out on the phone once I checked over the vehicle. They gave me a very reasonable trade in value on my current vehicle. Upon purchasing I removed the paper covers to realize there were no floor liners (weird but I’m assuming the previous owner just wanted to keep them and bought the model year newer if vehicle so they’d still fit). They called me saying they were going to make it right by sending me some floor liners. They also mailed me the spare key once finding out the previous owner still had it. I can certainly say my next vehicle will be bought from Maci at Vaughn. I’m extremely satisfied with their out the door no haggle pricing and friendly faces. Jordan was my finance manager there and he was great as well.

  Has to be the worst dealership that I've ever tried to deal with in my life.. I tried buying a 2500 ram from them and sent all information they needed to run credit plus my trade in information and ended up telling them I will take my business elsewhere as I spent all day going back and forth with them and never got anywhere... I might aswell of did all the paperwork and talked to bank myself because clearly they don't have a clue how to do any of that... total joke of a dealership.. one star review is way to much for them

  We had a fantastic experience! If you get the chance ask for Dean Dinning because he is amazing!👏 Dean was extremely thorough and helpful in finding us a vehicle within our budget and that met our family's needs.   Shotty communication, could be much better Edit, follow up, less than a month from buying I’m having problems with the vehicle, i contacted the salesman regarding the issue and was told id receive word back, now its radio silence. Just wondering if i got jipped or if they will make right on a faulty vehicle

  We were walk-ins and looking at a pretty pricey sports car. Eddie was easy to work with and talk to. He was able to answer all the questions we posed and if he didn’t know, he was kind and quick to say, “I’ll research that for you!” Very accommodating and genuinely excited for us to buy this car. He offered drinks as we waited, and connected on fun side conversations while the financing team worked the numbers. Before we left the dealership, he ensured our OnStar was connected and the features were all active. It was a big day for us and Eddie was a great part of it! We would gladly use him again for future vehicle purchases.
