Mike at the parts counter was very helpful on finding the correct bolts I needed to get my vehicle back on the road. I couldn’t be more grateful. Prolly small for most but it was a HUGE deal for me. Thank you Mike

Absolutely had a great experience. Got more for my trade than expected and a good deal on the new wrangler. Gabby my salesperson was juggling customers but never made me feel like I was being ignored. I was in finance like 15 minutes . No games like some dealers I have dealt with.

Do not buy or shop online nor make appointments they will not honor anything but in person.
I contacted dealership on a Saturday about availability in a vehicle. I set appointment for that following Monday afternoon. I got confirmation text and email that day. On said Monday the salesman called me to verify my appointment and acknowledges I’m coming from a state over and driving at time of phone call. He proceeded to tell me he pulled the vehicle up front and keys are on his desk.
I then receive a call an hour later from him telling me another salesman from other side took the truck and is showing it to someone else and there is nothing he can do. This seems like horrible business and lack of management for not stepping in to resolve this issue for a customer already half way there from another state and set up pre arrangements to come get this vehicle. No one seemed to care nor offer any resolution. Might as well have said sucks to suck and hung up. I obviously won’t be trying again with this dealership nor will I give any recommendations. And I’ll be sure to share my experience. Not to mention the work time lost. The gas driving over an hour 1 way
