  Shotty communication, could be much better Edit, follow up, less than a month from buying I’m having problems with the vehicle, i contacted the salesman regarding the issue and was told id receive word back, now its radio silence. Just wondering if i got jipped or if they will make right on a faulty vehicle

  We were walk-ins and looking at a pretty pricey sports car. Eddie was easy to work with and talk to. He was able to answer all the questions we posed and if he didn’t know, he was kind and quick to say, “I’ll research that for you!” Very accommodating and genuinely excited for us to buy this car. He offered drinks as we waited, and connected on fun side conversations while the financing team worked the numbers. Before we left the dealership, he ensured our OnStar was connected and the features were all active. It was a big day for us and Eddie was a great part of it! We would gladly use him again for future vehicle purchases.

  My van was in a small wreck and needed a new bumper. Insurance paid for the work. However vaughns when they paint matched the bumper they left all the old paint chip outs and over tightened the bolts breaking the plastic. Wouldn't recommend.

  Bought a new truck from Vaughns and had a great experience. Dane Jones did a great job throughout the process. We were able to test vehicles at our own pace try out all the different options we were interested in. It would’ve been helpful to have a little more information on some of the features available, and the final paperwork process took a long time. Overall a good experience.
