On top of that, I had to wait about 20 minutes for a shower, even though I was first in line and the app said there were three free shower rooms. When I approached the shower rooms, the staff were not busy with their direct duties but were simply standing around chatting with visitors. Nothing critical, but I think this should not be the case. It is a little bit wrong.
