  Went to get gas on a Thursday night. Prepaid 60 on a pump and bought a couple sodas. Went out to pump the gas, and the pump had an error screen on it. So I walk back inside, and explain that the gas pump wasn't working and that I had prepaid 60 dollars. The cashier's continued to tell me that because the pump was down, it didn't charge me the 60...only four and some change for the sodas. After pulling my phone out and showing them that I was charged, they told me I needed to pay again, and said the money would be returned. I reluctantly paid FOR A SECOND TIME, and went and pumped my gas. After pumping, I went in and showed them that I now had TWO charges on my account. They continued to tell me it didn't charge and to wait for it to finalize. TWO DAYS LATER, I called up and told them I was still waiting for the money to return. Finally they decided to fill out a ticket to check into it. I sent a pic of the receipt for them to look up the transaction, with a promise to give a call back. I now am on day 5, with no call back, no refund, no answers. I was an every single day visitor of this store...I will never return to this gas station to purchase anything ever again. Just an update on 10/30 2025, I find it very disgusting that they continually have their gas price 20 cents cheaper on their big billboard that you can see from the interstate, to draw more customers in...... when in all actuality gas price is 20 or 30 cents more.... for example the gas price on the big bull board says 268 a gallon, and on their small billboard when you actually pull into the gas station the gas price is $2.89. I just am so sick of gas stations and restaurants charging extra for things they forget or misleading customers and not being held accountable for it
