  A pleasure to work with! Quick response to my call with all the pertinent information on the vehicle we were interested in. Great help with the features of the car. We were in and out with a new car in under 1 1/2 hours!

  I had a disappointing experience at Lynch Ford Chevrolet while trying to purchase a 2025 Mustang Mach-E GT. After negotiating a deal and agreeing to an out-the-door price of about $54,000, I provided my driver’s license, insurance information, and employer information and signed paperwork verifying my information. The dealership then took the keys to my trade-in to record the mileage. A few minutes later the sales manager came out and said they had made a mistake. They said they had accidentally valued my trade as a different vehicle (a newer Escape with much lower miles) and because of that they were rescinding the deal we had just agreed to. I understand mistakes can happen, but it was frustrating because we had already agreed on numbers and started the paperwork process. At that point the deal was pulled and the only thing offered for the inconvenience was a tank of gas. I was ready to complete the purchase that day, so the experience left me disappointed. I’m sharing this simply so others understand what happened from my perspective.

  Have been bringing my 19 F150 here since I bought it. I have always been treated fairly and given great service. I have had a couple warranty items fixed and Luke has helped me through the process and handled the warranty company exceptionally both times. The express lane is great for that quick oil change, Saturday's they are available but the service center is not open.

  My husband and I have had various family members and friends purchase vehicles through Lynch Ford and they had great things to say. We decided to visit this past weekend and walked away with a dream car. Andrew and his team were amazing to work with. So friendly and knowledgeable! Would recommend to anyone!

  I had always heard what a great place this was. Bought a 2019 chevy 2500 diesel in November 2025. Had 80k+ miles. Supposedly had been serviced. Know way to know if that was true at this point. I didn't look at it very closely, so my fault there. Recently changed oil. Oil leak around oil pan. Bolts on left side of pan finger tight. I could see they replaced the block heater, as the old part was still laying on skid plate. The best part? they replaced the idler arm, and it wasn't torqued. The trans oil filter definitely didnt get changed. So all I have to say is your service department apparently doesnt care about the dealership reputation. Might wanna correct that.
