- DADon Anderson3 days ago5.0I went thru for the works wash, the screen as I pulled in said quality wash. I pulled back around and questioned this. They thought the screen was backed up due to traffic at the car wash. Told me to wait at the entrance and they would make sure I got the works. I asked about the floor mat wash, it doesn't do weather tech style but if I pushed the assist button then they would come wash them. Pushed the button and Lindsay came, took the mats and washed them. The vacuum is ok.

- SLSara LindquistFeb 8, 20261.0Warning! Their "soft touch" equipment scratches vehicles. Rocks from other vehicles can get stuck in their equipment and then when you go in, hurt yours. Scratches/scuffs all over my car. They do not take responsibility for their business to make things right, unethical. Also, after further inspection of my car their polish turns white in crevices. Go to car washes that are touch less. Safer and will not hurt one of your most valuable investments. Double check when you cancel your membership that they actually do. If I could give them a zero I would.
