    This place gets one star because they have good vacuums. The car wash is ok, at best. Last couple times I went through it stopped, unsure as to why. My biggest complaint is management’s poor customer service. I failed to cancel my membership prior to billing, once I noticed the payment I called to request a refund. I spoke to Travis, who was friendly and courteous but not authorized to provide a refund. He took a message for Sam to call me back, Sam called the next day, I explained I wanted a refund as I didn’t cancel in time, he looked up my account (I assume to see if I had used it since billing) and then stated that my membership was cancelled and would not bill the next month 🙄. Umm, well obviously since I cancelled it once I realized I hadn’t cancelled the current month. Sam was not willing to refund, with no explanation. He then stated that if I wanted, I could continue using the car wash until the end of the billing period. As if that was going to be of some consolation for keeping my $48, and seriously who needs to be told to use the service you paid for. After reading the reviews today, I bet the unexplained scratches on my car came from here. This review will likely get the generic response that all the others have about how they know my experience was disappointing and blah blah blah. I’ll be going to fleet farm from now on.
