The car was well kept although it smelled like someone had smoked in it at some point. That smell is so difficult to remove, so I didn't fault the company too much for that. And drop off was extremely fast and easy. Overall, I had a really good experience, and it met my needs well. Thank you.

- NRNandoe ROct 11, 20252.0The pick up Enterprise gave me a free “upgrade” from the sedan I asked for. Not!! At first, I thought great! But, it’s a little Ford Eurosport that barely held all the bedding and stuff from my RV that I was taking back home after storing it for the winter. Then, it was a very uncomfortable ride and there was a concerning rattle underneath the back end the whole way! I told the drop off Enterprise guy that I felt they were given a problem car that the first Enterprise location didn’t want to deal with anymore an I was the unwilling currier. They agreed that it was not an upgrade. They gave me a card for a free upgrade the next time I need a rental. I may or may not use Enterprise again.
