I'd taken the day off, my friends had cleared their day to help me and I couldn't stay where I was staying any longer. I panicked and called Penske. I was in luck they had a truck I could take right then and there. The process was smooth, the office lady was amazing, and I was able to move. It might be slightly more money, but after the panic I felt after trying to get the Uhaul, I'll take piece of mind and a clean organized office with great staff over the nightmare that was my experience with Uhaul.
