A very professional young man (knowing i was stranded) agreed to install the battery for me. Even though it was difficult to do Ben stuck with it and got the new battery installed and had me in my way in about a hour. Give Ben a raise as employees like that are rare indeed. Kudos to him and others that helped me. You guys have a new loyal customer for life!

Only one person running the place, got bogged down trying to find a part for one customer, and neglected the growing line of people waiting to pay. Asked if someone else was available for checkout and was met with a nasty attitude by the emoloyee who played the victim stance cause she was alone. I can sympathize with being overwhelmed, but not with someone untrained in basic customer service skills. Left my products on the counter and took my business elsewhere.
