  They do good work. They are very friendly and respectful. I had my alignment done on a big truck. I will continue to use there service.

  Never got a helpful or professional vibe from this company. Phone conversations where awkward . Personal conversation lacked any level of personable. Then became unwilling to help. Like shut the door and refused. Wouldn’t reconsider. Wouldn’t take a second look or talk about it and even work at helping. Didn’t feel like I was asking for even much but refused to help. I wouldn’t recommend just based on my experience. He may be good at what he will do but it seems like it’s hand pick and non personable. If that’s what your looking for then good luck.

  I had taken my tandem axle boat trailer to two different shops, both telling me I need a new axle. Both giving me estimates exceeding $1000, one place keeping it for 3 weeks and the other having me bring it back multiple times, both ending up saying they can't find a axle. I was frustrated to say the least. Then Anchor looked at it and had it fixed in a matter of hours by simply aligning the trailer for $288. Anchor did great and affordable work, I highly recommend them.

  Not many businesses do tire alignment for RVs in the Cedar Rapids metro area (this biz is in Marion), and from what I found out there were only two left in town who could help me (maybe there are more but I called like seven businesses in total). The other biz didn’t sound to be very sure, and I was going to have to get weeks to get my RV aligned! so I decided to go with Anchor Frame & Axle. Even though in Friday June 9th, 17 they could not do my alignment, I got an appointment first time in Monday. They had some trouble with another Truck before me, and I can’t blame them for that. However, I think they gave me a $20 break on Monday (that is about twenty buck less than the LOWER end of their quote and thanks God I didn’t need extra parts), and their service was excellent. Chris took time to answer all my questions who as a first time RV owner I had. He even did a print out about information for the particular type of RV I had, information such as engine type, weight, etc. which will be useful in the future. They took less than the one hour they had quoted me. So, at the end, I really appreciate their help and the break and the fact that they didn’t charge me for anything extra (sometimes others will find extra parts to charge).
