- AGAndre GuillenNov 28, 20251.0I stopped here as I always do when traveling to see family when it was the Kum & Go but now that its Sold the new owners are relying on false advertising to get more customers. When I was filling up I noticed the fuel listed at $2.69 on the pole (visible from 35 and the ground sign at the entrance) yet the pump was $3.09 and when I went into the store and spoke with a manager he stared they stopped carrying that fuel and that corporate would be sending out someone to fix it and its been like that for a few weeks. When I asked why wouldn't they remove the false advertisement he responded its not false since we dont carry it. Super displeased with the new owners and will no longer be going back to ANY Mavrick and making sure everyone knows this is the way they plan to get more customers. I also called corporate and have not heard anything back yet. Hopefully this reaches someone who matters enough to correct the issue.
