  I talked with very rude and disrespectful worker, who started insulting me without any reason. 0 for customer service and do not recommend anyone if you are searching for adequate service

  Really rude and disrespectful. Spoke with two guys who knew nothing of customer service. Do not recommend. My girlfriend asked if she could pay $100 first and the remaining $100 a few days later, and that is exactly what we did. The tow fee of $200 for moving the vehicle just 1.1 miles was excessive and reflects the reputation your company has around town. If that payment arrangement was unacceptable, it should have been addressed at the time so we could have worked out a different solution. I provided two phone numbers for contact and we reached out multiple times, but no one ever returned our calls. My vehicle should not have been towed at all. It was retaliation by a former coworker and entirely unnecessary. We had permission to leave the vehicle overnight until we could make arrangements, and we followed through on that. Afterward, the District Manager of Dollar General had to send an email to all stores clarifying the correct towing policy, which confirms this situation was mishandled. The suburban does have intermittent mechanical issues where it will not start. When I filed a claim, the insurance company stated they could only reimburse if the invoice specifically listed a mechanical issue. Because the invoice does not say that, my claim was denied. They advised me to contact you directly to see if you are able to revise the invoice accordingly.

  Was driving into Knoxville from Norwalk IA & my 2016 Jeep died on me. Called these guys who showed up in less than 10 minutes. Ended up taking it to a local mechanic to have it looked at. Thanks so much for the help.
