I came in on a weekend night and he was blasting music at the front desk so loud that you couldn’t even hear yourself talking to the people around you. This is not a good reflection of Kum & Go’s customer service at this location. I felt disrespected throughout my visit the way he carried himself was unprofessional and childish. I’m very disappointed in the lack of basic customer service skills. I didn’t expect a grown adult to act with such immaturity.

Not a good look on kum and go’s customer service for this location, felt extremely disrespected the whole time, guy thinks hes on top of the world working at a gas station. Extremely disappointed in the customer service skills by that man that acts like a child. Didnt know a grown adult could be so immature. on the other hand, tammy is by far one of the best people you could put in any position that has to do with speaking to people. she deserves a raise, no doubt about it

Have a good layout of the store and the workers are all very friendly and kind. I’ve not felt disrespected by a employee once, very good Kum & Go. Probably the best one within a 5mile radius tbh.
