First they have call center people answering the phone now to schedule appointments which apparently don't match what the stores actually have because when I arrive for my appointment they told me they did not have an appointment for me. But they did squeeze me in. They we're just supposed to change my oil and rotate my tires. When I asked about the tires he said it didn't need rotated at 8000 miles. Which is obviously a crock of crap. Then they told me it would be 40 minutes for the oil change so at 60 minutes when they weren't done I inquired only to find out they were waiting for somebody to deliver a filter. 2 hours later the filter arrives and they finish the oil change. He tells me that he did then indeed rotate my tires. I get home only to find the oil is pouring out of my car and I can tell that my tires were not rotated because of a marking that was on the same Tire in the same spot. I go directly back to Car-X and tell them there's oil pouring out of my car. They don't believe me. Then they look and see that it is in fact true. I guess they then changed my oil again. But I didn't even harp on the tires because I was so done with them!! It was a horrible experience. They used to be trusted for something as minor as an oil change and tire rotation. But I wouldn't send my worst enemy there now.
