  I found the vehicle that I purchased from Dale Howard Auto online. It was almost exactly what I was searching for. Brady Bond was the salesman that assisted me. He was extremely helpful and professional from the very beginning. His communication was always timely, and he really proved to have my best interest, in me purchasing my vehicle. The process was very easy when I came into the dealership. I Love My New Vehicle and I really appreciate the non-hassle experience having purchased several vehicles in the past. Thank You!

  UPDATE: I received a call from the General Manager, who was very professional and genuinely seemed interested in understanding and correcting the issues I experienced. I appreciate the outreach and the effort to make things right. I’ll likely return for future servicing, though I do hope this same level of care and accountability is extended to all customers, not just those who escalate complaints. Consistency in service would go a long way. If you’re shopping for a new car, Dale Howard is fine. The sales staff are friendly, not overly pushy, and generally pleasant to work with. If you’re looking for a used vehicle, go elsewhere. The used inventory is questionable at best, with recurring issues, over-promising, and little to no follow-through. The service department is where things really fall apart. We had to threaten to take our business elsewhere just to get warranty parts ordered. Some time later, we scheduled an oil change, showed up, dropped off the keys, only to be told we had to reschedule because they never actually scheduled the appointment. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere. The lack of accountability suggests ownership either doesn’t care or isn’t paying attention to how poorly this dealership is being run.
