  My car has been in their shop for over a month, this was after waiting a week to get in at all. Everytime I've talked to them, mind you, they have never called me with an update, I have to call them, I'm told it will "ready next week or the following Monday oe Tuesday" just for the deadline to get pushed out another week. The reasons why it's taking so long change each time too. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Update: My only suggestion would be to communicate better, and to give more realistic timelines. However, that said, they made everything right, the work looks great and I couldn't be happier with how it looks. They took accountability for the mishaps and they delivered the promised end product. Solid guys.

  Amazing, hard-working, honest people. I came in for an estimate of a door repaint, and Jason spent over 30 minutes buffing out the scratch and showing me the defects in the prior paint job, all for free. He gave an honest quote of how much it would have cost to repaint the prior swirls/marks and ended up saving me around $2K. Would recommend Gerber without hesitation.

  They worked directly with the insurance company of the car that hit me—they delivered the car on time as promised and they cleaned it to within an inch of its life. They called me every few days with updates. Honestly, this was the BEST experience I’ve ever had with an auto body shop. Thanks to Jason and his team!

  Had a run-in with a deer and took them here for an insurance repair, and they did a great job. One part arrived damaged but still usable. They put that part in, but had me come back when the fully-functional replacement came in and got it installed quickly. I even had some confusion about a headlight that I thought was their fault (turned out not to be, was another shop that gave me a dud light), but they even offered to make it right. I turned them down, but just the offer meant a lot. Will be back in the inevitable next case a deer has a death wish.
