  Process was very easy and the tech did an excellant job. Even replaced the sticker cling on the inside of the windshield.

  I’m not one to support big name companies like this but I only went with safelite because they could get it done in 2 days and my back window was in a million pieces. I paid a little under $500 and i am NOT happy with how it turned out. The worker did not clean the glass out of my hatch so it is filled with glass and rattles like CRAZY when I open and close the hatch and when I drive, my cargo area in my trunk also still has glass in it, the worker didn’t sweep the glass off the floor before he left and left glass shards everywhere, so I had to sweep up after him, the window is a little off center, my interior trunk panel was half assed put back on, and there’s obvious scratches in my quarter panels that I KNOW were not there prior as I buffed this whole car myself. For $500 I should not have to deal with ANY of that and that is unacceptable. After all this, I’m sure all they have to offer is the tech to come back out and clean out my car but after all that, i do not want him to come back out…. I want some money back. I’ll fix it myself and do it right. EDIT: I just now noticed as well that my rear windshield wipers also got a mind of its own, they are turned off and they keep going off like crazy and then stopping in random places. On top of this i just found the window is leaking and pissing water into my hatch. THANKS SAFELITE
