  If I could give a zero, I would. Reserved this truck a month in advance, came to pick it up and had to wait two hours. Still no truck. Stay the heck away from this place.

  I was so uncomfortable after standing in line for over 10 minutes without one word of acknowledgment of my waiting from the two staff who were helping one couple. One staff member was just chatting with the couple while the other one was processing their paper work. Then a third person came in and moved behind the counter and they too helped the couple. I am visibly over 65 years old. I wonder if this affected how I was not acknowledged.

  Simple process. Just wish they would give you exactly what you reserved. Got a 16 foot truck instead of a 12. Had a tight space so the larger truck was difficult. Very nice staff and a good quality truck at a reasonable price. Seemed to be Penske not the local people who mixed it up.

  Rented a 16" Penske truck to move across the country. The truck was ready at the pickup time and everything went very smoothly. They even recommended we pick up the truck without the car carrier first to make loading the truck easier and we were able to come back and get the carrier attached the next day. As long as you're okay driving a large truck yourself I think this works out much better than hiring a moving company (and saved us a huge amount of money).
