- JDJanrita Dahn5 days ago1.0I recently stopped here for gas and had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. I don’t usually go inside to pay, but I did this time and wasn’t informed/ didn’t know that the receipt was required at the pump, so I threw it away like I do with all my receipts. After several attempts to pump gas, I went back inside for help. The staff seemed annoyed, and when the employee explained the situation to the manager, I was told I would have to DIG THROUGH THE TRASH to retrieve my receipt or pay again for a gallon of gas. Like hello?? That’s completely unreasonable and unnecessary. Since I paid with a card, and not cash there should have been a way to look up the transaction. The way this was handled was unprofessional and frustrating. I will not be getting gas here again.

Most of the other K&G stores are newly built or recently remodeled. Good selection of food, drinks, and other items.
