  Had a run-in with a deer and took them here for an insurance repair, and they did a great job. One part arrived damaged but still usable. They put that part in, but had me come back when the fully-functional replacement came in and got it installed quickly. I even had some confusion about a headlight that I thought was their fault (turned out not to be, was another shop that gave me a dud light), but they even offered to make it right. I turned them down, but just the offer meant a lot. Will be back in the inevitable next case a deer has a death wish.

  They do not install glass nor repair glass, they out-source said business to Lynx Auto glass. Cut out the middle man, save time, and call Lynx.

  This was an overall 10/10 experience! When I first called to get a quote and explain my situation. I spoke with Nelson, he was very efficient and educational. Got me a quote right away and explained to me how he got to that number, while mentioning possible problems that could pop up and potentially cost more/ways to make it more affordable yet still holding it to a professional standard. I recently had gotten a quote for the same job at another place for $1,500 while they got me done at just under $800. Once we had the time scheduled, I was able to drop off and pick up after hours due to my schedule. Took a couple of days, and I was updated each day on how far along they were. Once I picked it up I was very happy with the results of it all, looks perfect with the color match you’d have no idea! 100% recommend this body repair shop!

  We’ve now used Gerber three times since 2021 for collision repair. I cannot recommend the team enough - they are friendly, professional, attentive, easy to work with and go out of their way to make your experience with them a positive one. They are very fair and honest about what work is required and the timeline for how long it’ll take, and have always advocated with our insurance company for what we wanted, eg OEM and not after-market parts. And the quality of their work is top-notch too. You can’t go wrong with Gerber - thank you to Jeremy, Jason, Jennifer and the rest of the team for looking after us so well!

  We have used their services for auto body repair before they were sold and changed their business name but almost all their original employees work here and provided the same type of great service as before. My dad was in a pretty bad car accident and we needed to get quick estimates for a potential total loss since the other party didn't have enough coverage and we used our own insurance to process this as fast as possible. Both Paul and Nelson were great to get us in the next day and provided us a much better detailed estimate than any other shop that was close to our house. I was very appreciative of that and would't hesitate to use them again as they try to order new OEM parts to get your car back to its original shape. Thanks!
