    They picked me up from the auto body shop and when the car was repaired, they dropped me off there after I returned the rental car. The staff was also really helpful and nice.

    Wait times were long both times I had to rent from there, and vehicle returns outside normal business hours are not possible (my car gets hit, yet I have to take time off work to return my rental car and then Uber to the repair shop to get my car…). Vehicles were well maintained though.

    The employees have all been amazing— 5 stars for customer service. Getting a vehicle was fast and the team is fair. I had to use the wipers due to rain, and it looked like the drivers side blade was broke. It was hard to see out of the drivers side windshield because there was nearly a foot of glass that the blade didn’t touch when in use. I called and the employee told me to bring the vehicle in to swap it. When I arrived, it appeared that the blade was actually just too short. They resolved my issue super quick and I am in a different vehicle. Thank you for being kind, speedy, and fair. 🥳
