    The employees have all been amazing— 5 stars for customer service. Getting a vehicle was fast and the team is fair. I had to use the wipers due to rain, and it looked like the drivers side blade was broke. It was hard to see out of the drivers side windshield because there was nearly a foot of glass that the blade didn’t touch when in use. I called and the employee told me to bring the vehicle in to swap it. When I arrived, it appeared that the blade was actually just too short. They resolved my issue super quick and I am in a different vehicle. Thank you for being kind, speedy, and fair. 🥳

    The corporation is a nightmare to deal with. Overall negative experience of renting a car. They take advantage of a limited market presence with a lot of different names being owned by one parent company.

    This was a remarkably positive rental car experience. After another agency wasn’t able to honor a reservation, Carrigan and her team came through. They quickly arranged a car for an early morning pickup on short notice, processed everything efficiently when I arrived, and even followed up with a phone call to make sure everything went well. Outstanding service all around.
