Came in and the guy at the counter kept saying I should buy a new battery because the warranty would be for longer…defeats the purpose of the current warranty getting me a new battery at no cost vs paying for a new battery to last just as long. Feel like this guy is trying to take advantage or swindle people into buying things they don’t need. Had an attitude and just kept repeating that my battery warranty for the one being replace would only be for 1 month and that I should buy a new one.

Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.

HOW DO BRAKES WORK?

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
